STALLS

Preferred Stalls are reserved for TQHA sponsors, then assigned to non-sponsors upon availability. Stall Reservations and payment must be in the TQHA office by May 15, 2010. REFUNDS

Refunds will only be issued at the discretion of the horse show manager and upon receipt of a valid veterinary certificate indicating loss of serviceability.

STALL & SHAVINGS OFFICE

Located in center of the Burnett Building. All shavings must be purchased from the City of Fort Worth

DAY STALLS & GROUND FEES

Day Stalls may not be used for consecutive nights. Day Stalls are defined as one twenty-four hour period. Horses on-grounds that do not rent a stall will be charged a $30 grounds fee.

SHOW OFFICE

Located in the Coburn Room of the Richardson-Bass Building. Show office will open one hour prior to start of show each day and will remain open 30 min. after the completion of the last class of the day.

Sign up for Paid Warm-up Slots in the show office. Warm-up for Over Fences, Trail & Reining – prepayment is required.

TEXAS CLASSIC AWARDS

Awards pick-up is located at the TQHA booth in the show office. Open daily from 9am to 6pm.

RV/CAMPING

50 amp RV slots – $495 (includes electrical hook-up) A limited amount of 50 amp RV spots are available from approx. May 21- June 1. RV Spaces must be reserved through Texas Classic with full payment. Sponsors shall have first priority.

30 amp RV slots - $250 Sponsors can reserve 30 amp RV Slots from approx. May 20- June 1. Sponsors will need to reserve these spaces in advance through TQHA and are reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis. All other 30 amp users will purchase directly from the facility upon arrival.

Additional 30 amp spaces are available on first-come,first-served basis and are rented directly from Will Rogers Memorial Center at $20/per night.

FEED DELIVERED ON-GROUNDS

Feed will be available on the grounds during the show. Contact Russell Feeds to pre-order at (817) 626.8452 or stop by the feed office when you arrive. Feed Office hours of operation: Daily from 8a-2p with deliveries made after 2p. Fee office is located in the Burnett barn.
