Don’t miss your chance to be a part of the Texas Classic! Located in Ft. Worth, TX, “The Classic” will once again offer thousands of quarter horse enthusiasts an opportunity to see world-class competition, showcase the western lifestyle and offer tremendous buying opportunities. “The Classic” is an exciting equestrian event that features some of the most prestigious competitions in the industry. Positioned in high-traffic areas and in close proximity to one of the competition arenas, the Will Rogers Memorial Center will once again house an expansive trade show as part of the Texas Classic. This is an excellent opportunity to reach thousands of affluent, upscale horse enthusiasts, competitors and spectators who will attend the event as well as an excellent community and brand-building opportunity.
2010 Texas Classic Vendor Information
2010 Dates (Schedule Tentative – Subject to Change)

May 1: Deadline for deposit for booth space, No refunds after May 1, 2010 for cancellations, product additions and changes must be received, phone service scheduled, electrical requests submitted, and certificate of insurance submitted. Note: Due to changes in the location of trade show vendors – a new program in 2010, trade show spaces are expected to completely sell out. Space will be sold on a first-paid, first-sold basis.

May 19: 8am - Sponsors, Partners and Bulk-space Vendor Move-in begins

May 20: 8am - General Vendor Move-in Begins

May 21: Texas Classic Begins

May 30: Exhibitors may begin dismantling their exhibits after 6:00pm or the end of the last class in the closest arena, whichever is first

May 31: All exhibits are to be vacated from the grounds by 12:00 Noon

Full access to thousands of spectators, competitors and attendees. The best all-access and general display spaces at the event.

Showcase area surrounding the arena, barns, show office and VIP lounge. Perfect for competitor-focused sales and marketing. Sponsorships are given consideration due to high traffic.

Due to the overwhelming success of the Vendor Bucks program, the Texas Classic is pleased to bring the program back at the Texas Classic. A terrific idea for participants and vendors alike, the Vendor Bucks program awards top-placing competitors with denominational vouchers, or “Texas Classic Vendor Bucks” which can be redeemed at any trade show vendor throughout the show. Vendor Bucks are then redeemed by you as vendors with the show management just like cash. The program is a quick and logical way to get folks to the trade show and many will purchase much more than the voucher’s value. As we draw nearer to the show, we will be in touch with you with any updates on the Vendor Bucks Program. Otherwise, we’ll supply you with an example of Texas Classic Vendor Bucks when you arrive at the show so you can start cashing on in the benefits of this terrific program.
In 2009, the Vendor Bucks Program brought in over $10,000 for trade show vendors and we expect the growth to continue. Exhibitors and Vendors alike LOVE the Vendor Bucks Program.
