2008 VENDOR INFORMATION
Thanks for your interest in being a vendor at the 2008 Texas
Classic held in Fort Worth!
For the benefit of all vendors, the Texas Classic requests photos of a potential
vendor's booth or of products sold in order to prevent duplication of merchandise.
Photos are reviewed before sending out a vendor application. An assessment
will be made on original product and booth presentation. Please note that our
show already offers a wide selection of tack, western wear, jewelry and art
and vendors of these goods may be put on a waiting list.

Schedule/Move In
Early move-in on Friday, May 23 for outside trailers & JJ location during weekend cattle events. Fee - $100 (in addition to booth space). The 2008 SPLIT/COMBINED SCHEDULE will begin Tuesday, May 27 and run through June 1st. Vendor Move-in is Monday, May 26.
Vendor coupons
The Texas Classic uses Vendor Coupons for class awards from 1st thru 6th
place. Exhibitors pick up their vendor coupons from the TQHA Booth and redeem
their dollar amount value with the vendors. These coupons are used as cash.
Vendors can redeem the value of the coupons from TQHA on Sunday, June 1st.
Prizes range from $1 dollar coupons to $10 coupons. $10 - 1st place; $5 - 2nd
place; $4 - 3rd place; $3 - 4th place; $2 - 5th place; $1 - 6th place.
